I played the first track while I did my preparatory grounding work before my yoga practice (simply lying on my mat drawing inwards). I am amazed to tell you that my lower back felt so heavy and stable after the piece had finished it felt that it was stuck to the floor - Steff McGahab

The concept behind the album was to produce something rather special. A unique set of music to help focus on each chakra, opening/releasing the emotions held within each chakra while meditating or simply relaxing.

What wonderful music! I listened to this CD whilst doing a full chakra meditation and could really feel each chakra vibrating with sound. At the end of the meditation my body felt totally relaxed and refreshed. I would highly recommend this CD to anyone seeking a truly relaxing experience whether for meditation or just as a de-stressing tool. I also used specific sections of this CD whilst carrying out reiki treatments and found that it was very useful when working on specific areas and blocks.
