The Intempo KTB-01 DAB Digital Radio was released a year after the
Wooden Intempo PG-01 DAB Digital Radio and as you might expect has many similarities and a few extras.
It runs of mains and 6 CC batteries, 4 presets FM and 4 presets for DAB. It has clock, alarm, and sleep functions.
The speakers are only 2 watts which does seem a little low but more than adequate.
It has the option to remove the antenna and connect it to the external Ariel if you are really after every single channel you can find.
The internal ariel is a bit sensitive if you move it about, however it is unlikely you are going to touch this when it is up and running.
I presume the sound quality is even better than its older version but I can’t see to find this information out, no-one has bought both radios.
The reviewers do seem to love this radio, well priced with good results and more featured than its predecessor.
