Like most parents we didn't use baby wipes until our baby was around four months old, before this time it was the good old flannel.Baby wipes can get quite expensive, and we had tried a lot of brands, and they do vary. The best test of a baby wipe is to actually place one on the wipes to the cheek of your face, some actually produce a burning or uncomfortable sensation, god knows what the poor little baby must feel.It is simply the best first test to see which wipe is best, of course the second test is its strength to do the job and make sure it has no adverse reaction on your babies skin.
In our opinion the cheapest baby wipe was the best, in the UK it is the tesco's fragrance free ultra sensitive baby wipe, works out at around 2 pence per sheet, I doubt you will find cheaper that is both sensitive on the skin, tough and cheap.Shame they are not bio-degradable.
