Like so many others I suffered with an old fashioned toothbrush for my earlier years of life. However that changed with the Oral-B.The way I was told by a dentist to use it, was different from a manual toothbrush, basically you let electric toothbrush do the brushing while your hand keeps still moving from tooth to tooth, however I am sure the instructions will explain even more I am no dentist.I have been through a few Oral-B's lasting a year or two each, they can take a lot of bashing about. It is best to go for a more expensive model as the faster speeds do feel like they make a difference.
The cost doesn't end with the toothbrush, they are not that cheap but more the price of the toothbrush heads, if you hunt around you can find them at discounts but it isn't easy but hey your teeth are worth it.Buy a model that is rechargeable and enjoy the experience.
